Yeo & Yeo’s Health Care Services Division conducts annual Medical and Dental Salary and Benefit Surveys. The survey is mailed to over 1,800 dental practices and 4,500 medical practices in Michigan. Survey questions request salary information for clinical and administrative staff, and benefit information such as insurance, paid time off and pension plans.
The survey results are compiled into a spiral-bound report and mailed, free of charge, to the practices that participated in the survey. They serve as a tool to assist physicians in addressing complex employee and salary issues.
