Medical Employee Salary and Benefit Survey

In the ever-changing medical environment, physician practices must manage a number of complex employee and salary issues. Employee salary and benefit surveys are conducted throughout the country; however, local information may be the most valuable to you in making compensation decisions.

In order to assist physicians with their administrative goals, Yeo & Yeo’s Health Care Services Division is conducting its 2010 Medical Employee Salary and Benefit Survey in the counties surrounding our nine office locations. The survey requests information about the clinical and administrative support staff, and has been mailed to over 6,500 physicians in the Alma, Ann Arbor, Bay City, Flint, Kalamazoo, Lansing, Marlette, Midland and Saginaw areas. The survey results will offer pertinent information for evaluating and comparing your practice’s salary and benefits package to others in our state.

Complete the survey by March 31, 2010, to receive the results free of charge! This survey is conducted every two years. The 2008 survey results were compiled into a 51-page spiral-bound report and mailed free of charge only to physicians who participated. Non-participants can purchase a copy of the results for $50.
