Johnson and Associates in Ann Arbor Merges with Yeo & Yeo

Yeo & Yeo is proud to announce that Johnson and Associates, CPA, PLLC, will merge into Yeo & Yeo’s Ann Arbor office effective November 1, 2011. Kirk Johnson’s accounting practice specializes in tax planning and preparation, financial planning, valuation and payroll services. Johnson and Associates has served clients in the Ann Arbor area since 1980.

Johnson and Associates’ owner, Kirk Johnson, along with Jean Fiegel and Marlene Hintz, will move into the Ann Arbor office in late October. An open house is planned to welcome the firm’s newest clients on Wednesday, November 2. Current Yeo & Yeo clients will be invited as well.
