Our recruiters take the time to review each and every application. If we would like to move forward in the process, we will email you our availability to interview. Make sure to check your spam folder!
Our talent manager will contact you at the scheduled time to interview you on the phone or virtually. We will ask you situational and behavioral questions to determine if you are a good fit for the role.
You will interview virtually or in one of our offices with the hiring manager. This interview will last 45 minutes to an hour and may include additional interviewers. Dress professionally to impress!

If you are the right fit for the position, the talent manager will extend you an offer of employment. Upon completion of your offer paperwork, we will submit a background check.

Congratulations! Once your pre-employment checks are clear, we will send you onboarding paperwork 1-2 weeks before your start date. Your hiring manager and onboarding peer will assist you with acclimating to the Yeo team.

We offer a two-day Summer Leadership Program that allows undergraduate students to experience a day in the life of a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and learn about our firm’s unique culture.
