David Wallace SCRIPT

Hey there, Yeo & Yeo team! It’s David Wallace here. Time sure flies. I can’t believe it’s been almost two years since we last talked during your 100th anniversary and brand refresh.

So, yeah, I heard about your holiday party tonight. I would have loved to have been there! Two trip giveaways? That’s incredible! Maybe I’ll have to tag along, as long as the trip doesn’t involve three months on a boat in the Caribbean with Andy.

What an amazing year it’s been for Yeo & Yeo! You’re building quite the powerhouse over there!

Merging with BGL in Bloomfield Hills? Brilliant move! You know, I heard that the Bloomfield Hills team is a pretty awesome and talented group! And they have some pro bowlers? Kind of reminds me of when Ryan had to pick up a job at Idle Hour Lanes after being fired … the first time.

Combining your Auburn Hills and Bloomfield offices into a new Troy location – another brilliant move that would make even Michael proud—if he could stop thinking about “Threat Level Midnight” for just a second.

And speaking of excellence, how awesome is it that Zaher is stepping up as principal in 2025? I bet his wife is so proud! It’s great to see someone who truly embodies the spirit of Yeo & Yeo taking on such an important role.

And love love love your new Mission & Values you rolled out. It reminds me of how we always strived for excellence back at Dunder Mifflin, even if sometimes it was just trying to keep Dwight from turning the office into a beet farm.

Speaking of strategy, how’s that strategic plan coming along? I know you’ve all been working hard on it. It reminds me of the time we tried to strategize our way out of Michael’s latest scheme—like when he thought starting the Michael Scott Paper Company was a good idea.

You know, sometimes I think about how my life could have been different if I’d pursued accounting instead of paper. But then I remember all the excitement at Dunder Mifflin—like the time we discovered that “Suck It” could actually be a catchy tune! It’s funny how life takes us on these unexpected journeys.

Dave, I’ve got to say, I’m impressed with how Yeo & Yeo continues to support its clients – with Yeo & Yeo Technology growing and Yeo & Yeo Medical Billing? Wow! I bet they would have had a field day with Meredith’s rabies treatment bills. Can you imagine the look on the biller’s face when they saw “reason for visit: bat bite during casual Friday”? That’s the kind of excitement you just can’t script!

Oh, and Yeo & Yeo Wealth Management is hitting some goals too. You know, if we had financial services back in the day, maybe Michael wouldn’t have needed to declare bankruptcy… twice. Although, knowing Michael, he’d probably still find a way to mismanage his “unlimited” wealth.

Now, let’s talk about everything Yeo has been doing to attract top talent. Your recruiters have racked up more miles than Michael Scott on his famous “lecture circuit.” It’s like they’re on their own “Threat Level Midnight” mission, but instead of saving the world, they’re saving Yeo & Yeo from the talent shortage! That Summer Leadership Program sounds like a blast. It’s probably way more fun than our old “Beach Day” at Dunder Mifflin. And an internship retreat at Cedar Point? Now that’s how you attract talent! I bet even Dwight would trade his beet farm for a chance at that.

And let’s not forget about your other many superstars! When Dave and I do get a chance to catch up, he’s always talking about the incredible things each and every one of you do. The way you juggle multiple responsibilities while still providing five-star client service is truly impressive. Your team’s commitment to going above and beyond for clients reminds me of the time Jim spent all night making Dwight’s stapler into Jello—except, you know, what you do is actually productive and beneficial for the company.

All you folks are the real MVPs, working tirelessly to ensure client satisfaction. It’s clear you care deeply about your work and the impact they’re making. If we had this level of dedication at Dunder Mifflin, we might have actually sold some paper!

Anyway, Yeo & Yeo, I just wanted to say congratulations on all your achievements this year. You have an incredible team, and you should be proud of what you’ve accomplished.

Here’s to another successful year ahead—just remember: no matter how tough things get, always keep your sense of humor (and maybe a little bit of paper). Cheers!
